Week 6 Part B- Creating and Scheduling Facebook Posts
For my first series of posts, I wanted to expose my connections, and possible future clients, to a little bit about my lifestyle and perspective on fitness. Fitness doesn't always just have to be boring treadmills and weights in the gym, but it can be fun while enjoying time outside with family and friends. My first post talks about marathon training with my 20-year old son, my second posts talks about snowshoeing with my 72 year old father, and my last posts talks about enjoying the benefits of yoga even if you are just starting out like me in this picture! I think these posts willse allow my connections to become a bit more familiar with me, and hopefully they will want to keep following me in the future. Future posts will of course be more geared towards that actual online fitness activities and coaching sessions that I can provide as a personal trainer and wellness coach. I wasn't too particular about the time of day for my posts for these first few, I thought mid-day would be nice as it is more of a casual viewing item anyways, if they see it later in the day or perhaps the following day I think it would meet my goal of just introducing myself a bit more to my audience.
Here are some screenshots of my scheduled posts for this week:
